This is a key project for the high-end and integrated development of the carbon fiber industry in Jilin Province.

Since overcoming the bottleneck technology of wet spinning process in 2017, Jilin Carbon Valley has been committed to researching and developing the dry spray wet spinning process route. After more than 5 years of process exploration and technological upgrading, it has met the engineering conditions and applied for patents, becoming the only enterprise in the world that independently develops and owns independent intellectual property rights for both dry and wet spinning routes.

The 30000 ton high-performance carbon fiber precursor project, which started construction on the same day, is a key project aimed at breaking through the T800 and T1000 level high-performance indicators. The resin, sizing agent, oil agent and other auxiliary projects under construction are strongly related to the integration of the carbon fiber industry chain, especially the resin project constructed in the first phase. It is the result of the joint cooperation between Jilin Chemical Fiber and Shanghai Daosheng Tianhe Material Technology Co., Ltd., as well as the research and development center and joint laboratory projects jointly created with the China Aviation Industry Group and the automotive lightweight project, We will also assist the carbon fiber industry in expanding into high-end application areas.
