The innovation system has been continuously improved, and innovation achievements have been continuously emerging.

In the past ten years, Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd has formed "four types" innovation, first principle, second curve growth, three upgrades, four projects, ECRS optimization, "1+N" research, three original (source) principle and other innovation models, and has created a "five movement" talent training model that is project-driven, research and promotion, forum interaction, unified learning and self-learning initiative. Making starting from basic principles and basic theories become a way of thinking, pursuing subversion and challenging limits become a habit, and all staff innovation becomes an atmosphere. It has trained more than 30 scientific and technological leaders, completed more than 2,000 innovation projects, increased annual efficiency by more than 200 million yuan, and authorized 127 patents, including 74 invention patents, 52 utility model patents, and 1 design patent. Participated in the formulation of 19 national standards, 10 industry standards, and developed 149 kinds of new products, and achieved scientific and technological leadership and self-reliance.

    In order to promote the innovation and development of the whole industrial chain of carbon fiber and better serve the end market, Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd has set up carbon fiber and application research and development centers in Jilin City, Shijiazhuang City, Nantong City and Shenzhen City, responsible for information collection, technology introduction, product development, industry docking and market promotion. The R&D center is equipped with autoclaves, winding, PCM, SMC and perfect testing devices, which can meet the research and development and trial production of carbon fiber products, and cooperate with well-known universities such as Jilin University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology and leading enterprises such as aviation industry, COMAC, FAW Group, Shanghai Jinfei to realize the extended chain, complementary chain and strong chain of carbon fiber industry chain to promote the construction of Jilin carbon fiber industrial park actively.
