Carbon fiber precursor refers to polymer precursor used in the production of carbon fiber.
Preoxidized fiber (PANOF), referred to as preoxygenated silk, is the basic material for the production of carbon fiber, it is flexible, high temperature resistance, non-delayed combustion, flame retardant grade S-A. It is widely used in the production of high temperature sealing fillers, fire retardant materials, heat resistant fabrics and fillers.
Polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber is formed by polyacrylonitrile through several stages of spinning, pre-oxygenation and carbonization. It has the characteristics of high tensile strength, high stiffness, light weight, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent electrical properties, strong compressive and bending resistance, and has been maintaining a dominant position in reinforced composite materials.
Carbon fiber fabric is also known as carbon fiber weaving cloth, carbon fiber prepreg, carbon fiber reinforced cloth, carbon fiber tape, carbon fiber sheet (prepreg cloth), etc.
Carbon fiber prepreg is a resin matrix impregnated continuous fiber or fabric under strictly controlled conditions to make a composite of resin matrix and reinforcement, and is an intermediate material for manufacturing composite materials.
